I’ve been at Human Fitness and doing CrossFit now for about 18 months.
The biggest change within myself that I have noticed since starting CrossFit is I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve been in my life thus far.
When it comes to a favourite or least favourite I enjoy all CrossFit movements apart from double Unders.
Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? I’m a fan of all these movements.
One thing that I can now do that I couldn’t before starting CrossFit is I Wake up fresh on a Saturday Morning.
My favourite cheat meal is Burgers n Beers
One thing that I love to do outside of the gym is Riding my Mountain bike with my brother then slotting ourselves into a nice happy hour on the way home.
Love my coffee… love the buzz. Triple shot ice long black, I wouldn’t enjoy surviving without it!
Hmmm life without bacon? Well…
A few years back a good mate caught a large fish off Killcare Beach, his catch got him a photo and short interview in the local paper. He told the readers he caught his fish off a rasher of bacon, turns out that was a flat out lie, he just wanted a few punters to start casting a line covered in swine….without bacon this short story wouldn’t exist.
The thing I enjoy the most about Human is the atmosphere, the friendships, the workouts. Human is so much more than a gym.
