Human Fitness 10th Annual CrossFit THROWDOWN.
AFTER A FEW SETBACKS IN 2020 DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE FINALLY BACK AND OUR UPCOMING EVENT IS GOING TO BE BIGGER THEN EVER!!
This will be our 10th annual CARNAGE!!
We will be holding a same-sex triples competition.

-Two Divisions – Advanced & Open (Both with the option to scale)
2020 was tough!
We held our breath for months during isolation and remained hopeful that everything would be OK.
We were in the final stages twice throughout the year of putting our event back out there and getting everyone excited for our annual HUMAN CARNAGE.
But Covid-19 had other plans it was just too much for us to risk. We wanted to be able to put on the best event possible and would hate to ever put anyone at risk. Everyone’s health and safety absolutely comes first.
That being said, we are GOOD TO GO!!
The setbacks of 2020 helped us to learn and grow as a tribe and we firmly believe that anything that knocks us down only makes us stronger!
We are planning to put on the best event possible on the first weekend of Feb!
HUMAN CARNAGE 2020 is rescheduled for Saturday, February 6th

This will be our best event yet!!
This will be in the safest environment possible for all those attending.
Cash and prizes will still be up for grabs!

– Muscle-up Skills (Ring & Bar).
– Double unders.

– Single Dumbbell work – 32.5kg/ 20kg
– Kettlebell – 32/ 24kg
– Rope climb – Leg less/ Leggs
– Clean & Jerk/ Snatch – 50/ 30kg > For reps.
– Deadlift – 90/ 50kg > For reps.
– Thursters – 45/ 30kg > For reps.
– HSPU (Standarded/ 1x Abmat)
– Hanging Knee Raises (to chest).
– Pull-up (chin over).
– Push-up > capacity.
– Singles/ Doubles
Odd objects >
– Wall-ball – 9/ 6kg=
– Single Dumbbell work – 22.5kg/ 15kg
– Kettlebell – 24/ 16kg
– Rope climbs/ Get ups
Not everyone in your trio has to be capable to perform each of the movements within your division.
