“Squatting is an essential fundamental movement of any fitness program. As you all know, variations of the squat are used immensely in CrossFit. However, has anyone ever shown you how to squat to YOUR ANATOMY! Not one person is the same as another. At Balance Health & Performance, we value how you squat based on your anatomy and build. Learning to squat to your anatomy can be done in 3 simple steps. On Saturday the 5th of August, Balance Health & Performance is coming to you at Plus Health . Fitness . Performance! James is going to show everyone how to squat effectively and efficiently to their anatomy. He will be going through a 3 step checklist, as well as mobility and activation exercises. There will be limited spots so first in best dressed. Please enquire with Corey if interested. He’ll have you squatting the way CrossFit athlete should be in no time!”
