About the ‘On Ramp’

Our ‘On-Ramp’ private Coaching or Small group course teaches the foundational movements of CrossFit, along with other movements that are frequently used during our workouts. The ‘On-Ramp’ sessions also teach the language of CrossFit, meaning all the acronyms, the benchmark workouts, and the significance of Hero WODs. You will be given an introduction to healthy eating in order to fully transform your lifestyle as food has a big part to play in how you look, feel and perform.

Our ‘On-Ramp’ course is generally 3 – 4 sessions, giving you the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with one of our Coaches or in a small group allowing you the best opportunity to learn the necessary. In each session you will be warmed up, taken through the technique of particular movements, put through a work out (The emphasis is on movement technique along with a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group CrossFit classes), cooled down and given any recommendation etc. Upon completion you will be advised weather or not you are ready to take part in our regular base level group classes or to pursue further private Coaching sessions, before being able to attend any of our scheduled CrossFit group sessions as a regular, a CrossFit Session Pass Holder or simply pay a drop in fee. Our ‘On-Ramp’ is one of the most important things you can embark on. It builds the foundation you need to achieve your goals, get’s you moving naturally and correctly.
