*Goal is UB, if a re-grip is needed, this must happen w/ in 5- 7seconds

B. 40-20-10-5 Ball Slams, Air Squats, and Toes to Bars

40-20-10-5 Reps for Time:
Ball Slam @ 20/9 kg
Air Squat
Toes to Bar
