February 2022 Favourite Human – Ez Proust

I have been CrossFitting now for almost 7 years.

What is the biggest change within yourself that you have noticed since starting CrossFit? The biggest change since starting CrossFit is the confidence and the friendships I have formed.

My favourite CrossFit movement of choice would be burpees and squats. Love a good burpee. Hate thrusters- who doesn’t and muscle-ups because I still can’t do them!

Out of burpees or Squats? I like both. Run, Row or bike? Would have to say row.

One thing that I can now do that I couldn’t before you starting CrossFit is Pull-ups.

A favourite cheat meal is burgers and ice cream.

One thing that I love to do outside of the gym is going to the beach with the boys.

I take my coffee as an almond flat white and NO I could not survive without it!

Life without bacon? I would cry.

The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is the people and the feeling when the workout is over.

I have no party tricks but kindergarten love it when I do handstand push-ups in the classroom!

Favourite place to travel is anywhere with people I love.

3 things you couldn’t live without? George, Owen, Eli.

in 5 years I just see myself being alive.

Moving forward, my goals are to keep up a healthy lifestyle, know my worth and be happy!
