Tip #1: Mix Things Up
One of the easiest ways to get out of a workout rut is to explore other ways of training. Instead of always lifting heavy weights, for instance, maybe try doing yoga or pilates? Instead of doing straight sets, try supersets or circuits.
The idea is not to replace your main training program, but to simply spice things up by doing something different from time to time.
