Ready for Summer 2017 Our 5week strength program specifically for women is back! Ladies ONLY Open to Plus members and non members, (you can bring an interested friend along for the ride). STARTING MONDAY 16th October 2017 o Only $30 for plus members / $30 + facility access for non members
o You will receive 3 workouts each week, for 5 weeks. After the 4 weeks, we will finish with 1 week of testing compound movements; squat, deadlift, press and so forth. This is to be done in addition to your regular training; taking you 20 – 30 minutes to complete. o You will have access to a private Facebook group, Managed by Jack Lob, Corey Pitts and Uncle Pete. With whom you will be able to interact with, asking questions and getting individual feedback. o You will work off your most recent results as a baseline so we / you can gauge your progress through the program. o All movements should be executed correctly for best results.
