Ladies ONLY – Plus members and non members welcome
- For only $30 ($5 per week)
- You will receive 3 workouts each week, for 6 weeks. This is to be done in addition to your regular training; taking you no more than 30minutes to complete.
- You will have access to a private Facebook group, Managed by Alex Ranieri and Corey Pitts. With whom you will be able to interact with, asking questions and getting individual feed back.
- A once off, 1-hour introductory session, familiarising you with the movements. Learn the correct way the movements are to be preformed, Q&A, Mobility, Warm up and cool down guidance.
