Heart Rate Sundays – Crossfit Plus . 45minute CrossFit Conditioning session without Barbells. . Sessions will run every 3 weeks on Sunday @ 10.00hrs. . Attendance is open to Members and Non Members alike. This session is designed to get your heart rate up and your sweat on with functional movement all delivered at high intensity. Build your engine Improve your endurance Develop your stamina.
