At Human Fitness, the first step is to get in contact with us to arrange a suitable time to drop down and check out our facility.

Then meet the team, go through some movements and have all your questions answered.

Work out whether we are going to be the right fit for each other and potentially qualify for a FREE no obligation trial session.

During your no-obligation trial session, you can get to know the facility and some of the coaches. You can ask further questions and experience your first taste of what we do.

From here, you can decide if you want to move forward with us.

  1. You have tried losing weight and failed before.

How many gym memberships have you had in the past, how often did you go?

For a lot of people, the gym doesn’t work because it is not structured and those treadmills get very boring very fast.

Your body won’t continue to lose weight if you stick to the same workout day in, day out.

You may start off by lifting a broom handle but write it down. Within a couple of months, you’ll be able to look back and see the measurable difference in your progress.

Instead of jumping on the scales every morning, keep an eye on your numbers. These will reveal how far you have come.

You can set goals for yourself, work towards them and tick them off with a big reward to yourself.

Beyond the camaraderie, most of our athletes start with us to trim a few kilos. If you show up consistently, commit and always give it a 100% for that given day, work on a good eating and healthy lifestyle outside of your sessions, you’ll definitely see a change in your shape.

It won’t necessarily happen overnight but pretty soon people will start asking you what’s different (what a great feeling!).
