Our Athletes say it best… I have been doing CrossFit for about 7 months now I believe I have gained a lot more confidence within myself since starting CrossFit, definitely the biggest change I have seen with in myself. Strict handstand push-ups are most definitely my favourite My least favourite CrossFit Movement is without a doubt wallballs, I despise them (but I still do them) Burpees or Squats… Burpees all day I chose running over rowing any day! I could never bar muscle up before I started CrossFit, but now I can ☺ Post workout protein shake – Just a bit of plain old rat milk really. Spare ribs and chicken wings are by far my go to meal of choose, love a good wing. Outside of the gym I love the beach in the summer, but in the winter its time to hibernation 😉 Coffee, Nah not a fan of the beverage Bacon, I’d much prefer pizza, nom nom nom… I would have to say that everyone that is a part of our community makes Plus the best gym I’ve ever attended. It really makes you feel welcome and want to succeed. Aiming to get faster, fitter and stronger in the future and hopefully get some competitions under my belt.
