July 2020 Favourite Human – Rachel Train

I have been doing CrossFit now for about 10 months.

The biggest change within myself that I have noticed since starting CrossFit is I am so much happier, more motivated and feel a lot more confident within myself. 

My favourite movements are the gymnastics stuff. I Love trying to do TTB and my least favourite would be Snatches.

Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? Squats for sure. And row.  

One thing that I can do now that I couldn’t before started CrossFit is Box jump.

My Favourite cheat meal would have to be Pizza!

Outside of the gym, I love to go to the beach, hang with friends and family.

I take my coffee iced and definitely couldn’t survive without it. 

I have to admit that I can take or leave bacon

The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is definitely the people.

My Favourite place I have to travel to is Bellingen!

3 things I couldn’t live without would be Dane, family and my friends.  

In 5 years I see myself Teaching, having children and living closer to family. 

Moving forward my goals are to buy a house, keep fit and do a pull-up.
