I have been CrossFitting now since 2011 on and off
The biggest change within myself since starting CrossFit is after all these years I’m finally building a stronger mindset.
I love heavy Russian KB Swings. They would have to be my favourite. I have an absolute LOVE/HATE relationship with squats. But you know those thrusters? Yeah, they suck big time.
Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? Squats and burpees over running, biking or rowing. Haha
One thing that I can now do that I couldn’t before starting CrossFit is Burp louder and burpee faster than ever before.
My favourite cheat meal.. My love for Nutella is eternal.
One thing that I love to do outside of the gym is my husband. Everyone knows that I love doing anything Adrian related.
I take my coffee with soy milk – everyday – three plus times a day.
What would I do with a life without bacon.. Become a Muslim?
The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is my people and the endless jokes we share.
My best party trick is to blow 12 bubblegum bubbles in 1 big bubble.
Favourite place to travel would be the Adriatic
3 things I couldn’t live without would be Adrian, Aleksander, Pre-workout
In 5 years I see myself travelling with my family.
