June 2017 Athlete of the Month Tania Dowd

I’ve been doing CrossFit now for about 2 yrs now and loving it. The biggest change I have noticed is probably my strength and flexibility I love the Olympic lift, the Snatch. Movement of choice by far Thumbs down, Thrusters. My least favourite movement by far Burpees, meh. Squats all day every day I’m not much of a runner, so I would definitely row! Before starting CrossFit I couldn’t event do a single sit up and now I can. Mmm chocolate, chocolate prowie every day Some class it as a cheat, well I guess It all depends on what you get, but Mexican is my favourite cheat. Out side the gym I love listening to Music, loud music! Coffee… Milk with 1 Bacon, doesn’t everyone? Plus is a great environment far from intimidating like other gyms double unders!
