I have been CrossFitting a bit over 6 months
The biggest change within myself that I have noticed since starting CrossFit was me starting to think about looking after my body more, about what I’m putting into it.
My favourite CrossFit movement of choice is probably push press. Least favourite is RUNNING!!
Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? Squats and row!
One thing I can do now that I couldn’t before starting CrossFit is climb a rope
Favourite cheat meal…BEER
One thing I love to do outside of the gym is go spearfishing or disappearing in the van with the family.
I take my coffee as long black with a dash of cold cow. I could live without it but nobody would like me.
Life without bacon? I’d eat a t-bone
The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is every workout is different and the support from everyone even at 5:30 in the morning.
My best party trick… Well probably falling asleep on the toilet on a big night out.. has happened many times
Been to a lot of places, still nothing as good as Australia’s east coast! Definitely my favourite place to travel.
3 things I couldn’t live without would be Family, meat & avocados
In 5 years I see myself travelling Australia with the family in our caravan, looking like Arnold sportzaneggar
Moving forward my goals are to maintain a strong healthy body all year round. Be a good role model for my girls.
