  • I’ve been doing Crossfit for about 3 years and there was a gap of 1 year in between.
  • After my first 12 months I can honestly say I hadn’t been fitter since I was 18 years old.
  • I love all of the lifts – Squat, Clean and Snatch especially
  • Running is my least favourite movement, not just at Crossfit
  • Squats, you know it! Burpees can beat it.
  • Row, running is for mugs and people who don’t care to have knees at an older age.
  • One thing I can do now that I couldn’t when I started is Muscle Up
  • Post workout protein shake is has to be anything chocolate.
  • My favourite cheat meal has to be Pizza, big beautiful carb circles covered in sugary sauce, processed meat and calorie packed mozzarella.
  • Outside the gym I love Surfing, always have and will continue for the rest of my life.
  • My coffee, hmmm. Piccolo, lots of coffee, minimal milk.
  • Bacon… Heaps, and every day. Pigs are magical animals
  • I absolutely love the CF+ family. The culture and people have kept me coming back forever. When I was injured and unable to come for a year, I still visited just cause.
  • Among many a 400kg+ total, across back squat, Clean and Jerk and snatch, would be grand ?
