I gave CrossFit a go for 6 months approx 4 years ago and really enjoyed it. Only just started up again over the last 8 weeks at Human
The biggest change I have noticed within myself is whole body strength
My Favourite CrossFit movement of choice would have to be Power cleans. My least favourite – front squat
Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? Out of all of those I would say Squats and rowing.
One thing I can now that I couldn’t before starting CrossFit would be toes to Bar!
My favourite cheat meal would have to be Pizza
One thing I love to do outside of the gym is surf and get in the ocean
I love a good Long black but yes I could probably survive without it!
Life without bacon? I think I’d be able to survive
The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is the variety of movements
My best party trick? A double backflip off the ground in pike position… Naaahh I wish! Don’t have one unfortunately.
Favourite place to travel would be remote Indonesia
3 things I couldn’t live without would be my family, the ocean, craft beer.
In 5 years I see myself being a fit Dad heading toward 50 y/o
Moving forward my goals are to increase overall fitness, strength & flexibility and maintain a healthy diet to feel good and to lead by example raising my two girls.
