A. 7 minute AMRAP of Wall Ball Shots, Dumbbell Thrusters, and Kettlebell Swings

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 7 minutes:
10 Wall Ball Shots
6 Dumbbell Thrusters
10 Kettlebell Swings
For Load & Quality
>Rest 20 seconds between 2 complexes in each set

B.

6 Rounds for Time:
Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk
Power Clean + Split Jerk
Rest 2 minutes between each round
Time Cap: 25 minutes

C. For Time: Double-Unders

For Time:
200 Double-Unders
Time Cap: 10 minutes

Every time you brake perform Clean and Jerk (AHAP)
You must have completed 10 clean and jerks during the 10minute window
