15x Banded Lat pull downs (5x5x5x reset)

A. Sumo Clean Grip Deadlift 10 x 5

Within 15 minutes:
Sumo Clean Grip Deadlift
– 10 sets of 5 reps @ 115%
Rest as needed

B. Clean Complex

Clean Complex
7sets x 2:00 intervals @ 50% of Clean & Jerk 1RM
each set will consist of:
4x Clean Pull
3x Clean High Pull
2x Power Clean
1x Clean
