Private Coaching

Private coaching sessions are designed to suit your specific needs. In these one-on-one sessions, the coach's focus is 100% on you.

You will have the opportunity to ask more questions. The Coach can go into further complexity on technical aspects of your training.

Private coaching allows you to achieve your goals faster excelling your athleticism.

On-Ramp

Start Up Sessions Whether you have been inactive, generally active, or an elite athlete, our 'On Ramp' sessions are tailored to prepare you for technical proficiency.

During this time you will be introduced to the Human movement curriculum, but not limited to, including Squats, Push-ups, Deadlifts, Medicine Ball Cleans, Cleans, presses, etc.

The 'On Ramp' program will be either 'one on one' or in a Semi-Private setting - NO more than 3 other beginners. The emphasis is on movement and technique along with a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our semi-private classes.

Our "On-Ramp" sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into any of our regular semi-private Coached classes, from Weightlifting to Gymnastics as a Regular, Pass holder* or casual Drop-In, at a time that is convenient to you.
