November 2019 Favourite Human – Sheridan

I have been CrossFitting Since 2015 – about 4 years!!!?? Time has flown!

The biggest change I have noticed within myself since I started CrossFit is consistency and fewer injuries (if you can believe this!) I used to run but was always in pain.

I would say my favourite movement of choice would be maybe rowing?? Skipping! Box jumps and rope climbs are the worst because the heights scare me 🙂 50cm!!!

What do you prefer.. Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? 

Out of the three I would definitely Run and Row over the Bike… Yuck! And most definitely Squats NOT burpees. Is that even a question? 

I can’t even put it down to one thing. Crossfit has really changed everything for me – I had never even picked up a barbell! You name it… where do I start?

My Favourite cheat meal would have to be Ice cream! 

One thing I love to do outside of the gym is get down to the Beach with my family. Love the ocean!

I do love Coffee – I love a good flat white. But I have to say my heart lies with tea, because I’m hard core like that.

Life without bacon would be manageable.. I’d survive.

The thing I enjoy most about Human Fitness is all the fun people. You always leave feeling better than when you started.

Nothing comes to mind with a good party trick..Pass…! Maybe just being the best

My favourite place to travel in the world would be Italy.. Hands down

The three things I couldn’t live without would be a hot shower, books and my family. 

Ooh, where do I see myself in 5 years time? That’s a good question…   I’m not going to break any records, but I just want to keep on keeping on. Maintain consistency, be a good role model for my children to show them that good health is valuable and worth protecting.

Moving forward with my training my goal is to reach the top of the rope… I will overcome this and get there!
