I have been CrossFitting now just on one year – the best decision I’ve made!
The biggest change since starting CrossFit that I have noticed is my overall energy levels being much higher and a change in mindset about looking after myself, overall health and wellbeing, both physical and mental health!
My favourite CrossFit movement would be anything with a kettlebell. Burpees still burn and would have to be my least favourite
Burpees or Squats? Run, Row or bike? Well, Id say Squats and Bike!
One thing that I can now do that I couldn’t before you started CrossFit is Run more than 400m without getting a stitch
My favourite cheat meal is Cheese and biscuits and Beer!
One thing that I love to do outside of the gym is getting in the water – so love going to the beach with the kids
I take my coffee anyway it comes with milk…flat white, latte, Cap…I’d struggle without it.
Life without Bacon I’d be very sad….it’s a regular on the weekend menu
The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness would have to be the people…. Everyone has been so supportive and welcoming, so many awesome humans and everyone has rallied together through these times to keep us motivated, moving and healthy. A big call out to my park gym buddy Jacqueline Naylor
My best party trick would be I’m a beer pong champion
Love to keep it easy and simple with my travelling – Mid-north coast for our annual beach holidays with family and friends. Also, love camping and the outdoors!
3 things I couldn’t live without

In 5 years I see myself healthy, happy and hopefully travelling with my family
Moving forward my goal is to hopefully be able to nail pull-ups
OMG, I can’t believe that I have beenCrossFitting now for 3 years, I still feel like a newbie.
Since I started CrossFit I have noticed I have become stronger, fitter, more confident and comfortable in my skin.
My favourite CrossFit movement would be Push press is favourite and thrusters least favourite.
Out of Burpees or Squats and Run, Row or bike? I Prefer neither burpees or squats – lol. Definitely prefer the bike.
One thing I can do now that I couldn’t before starting CrossFit is hard to narrow down. Overall I can do so much more than I expected 🙂
My favourite cheat meal would have to be Mexican
One thing that I love to do outside of the gym is hang out with my granddaughter. She keeps me active.
I could definitely survive without coffee
What would I do without bacon? Eat less eggs, is that a trick question?
The thing I enjoy the most about Human Fitness is the support we get.
No good party trick for me
Favourite place to travel is Anywhere! But do love a Bali trip.
Things I couldn’t live without? Family is all I need.
In 5 years I just see myself still enjoying life.
Moving forward my goals are to get my commitment to nutrition matching my commitment to exercising.
