As part of the Challange

Every participant will get their personalised calorie & protein calculations and their goal for 30-days is to hit those targets each day. Each week we will release content in a private group inside the Beyond Macros Online Coaching platform to help them stick to their targets and make a lasting change based on the challenge.

1.) Food Journal Audit > On day 1 the challenge participants will get a video and directions about how to audit their food journal to identify how to make a few small changes to their current routines to hit their calories and protein targets easily.

2.) How to hit your protein > I will provide our best resources for how to consistently hit protein targets.

3.) Increase non-exercise activity/recovery > this is one of the most important habits for maintaining body composition changes. There will be content about how to create these habits and will challenge them to increase their stretching, walking, etc.

4.) Improve food quality > this is another one of the most important habits for maintaining body composition changes. The challengers will receive content about how to personalise their food quality based on what foods make them feel the best.

*And within the private group where content will be delivered, the challengers can ask questions and get support from Myself, Matt & DBerg.
