You will need two Kettlebells and maybe a rower
3 Rounds of the following
0:00 – 2:00 Run 400/Row 500 then dubs for time remaining
2:00 – 3:00 Single arm KB Swing, Russian, change arms as required
3:00 – 4:00 Alternating KB Push Press – holding both in front rack to commence
4:00 – 5:00 KB/ Goblet Squats
5:00 – 7:00 Rest
