September 21, 2019 – Strength and Conditioning

In TEAMS of 4, split into two pairs, with each pair completing a different AMRAP at the same time. Only 1 Athlete works at a time with in the pair.

A.

In teams of 2:

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 7 minutes:
Run 100 meters
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
5 Pull-Ups
Rest 3 minutes, then swap AMRAPS

B. 7 minute AMRAP of Rowing, Burpees, Kettlebell Swings, and Push-Ups

In teams of 2:

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 7 minutes:
Row 200 meters
5 Burpees
15 Kettlebell Swings
5 Push-Ups

*After both pairs within each team of 4 have completed both AMRAPS. Rest 3minutes and as a whole TEAM -100 linked sit-ups for time
